C Boutique Hotel, a new way to enjoy Baguio.

C Boutique Hotel is the newest luxury accommodation in Baguio, open to serve the sophisticated traveler. With 17 well-appointed rooms, two wood-burning fireplaces, and a bar and restaurant serving fine food and wine, C Boutique exudes quiet comfort and understated chic. Rooms and common areas are accented by a vibrant orange hue – inspired by Sagada mountain oranges.

The same “inspiration from the local” is carried through other parts of the hotel: paintings and artwork by Baguio and Cordillera artists hang on the walls, and delicious food from the restaurant is seasonal and sourced locally. It is a way of celebrating what is Baguio – what is local – as well as minimizing one’s carbon footprint.

At the kitchen’s helm is young executive chef Wilmar Coronel, a twenty-something whose talent and experience exceeds his years. Must try dishes include Northern Eggs Benedict – poached eggs on Vigan longganisa(sausages) patties and pandesal (Filipino breakfast roll) topped with a hollandaise sauce and Highland Fresh Salad – arugula, alfalfa sprouts, smoked fish flakes, and anato oil vinaigrette.

If you’re a sophisticated sojourner who appreciates cozy, comfort, and class, C Boutique Hotel will not disappoint. Experience Baguio in a new way, come to C Boutique!
